Moving Into Alignment

120 minute Rolf Movement workshop | Great for team offsites and wellness retreats  

Deeper somatic exploration of the upper body, lower body and core and team connection activities. Each participant will receive a signed copy of Jen’s hardcover book “Moving Into Alignment” and a video recording of the session.

60 minutes of mindful movement | Perfect for busy women wanting to enjoy a healthier body, mind and spirit

Experience Rolf movements that reduce inflammation, improve sleep, relieve pain and stiffness, increase energy, release joints and muscles, rehydrate fascia, and rejuvenate mobility.

All workshops open with light anatomy education followed by a series of gentle participatory exercises to build body awareness and release tension. My approach is warm, practical, and empowering. Participants leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and equipped with tools they can use immediately.

No prior experience or gym gear is required. Workshops can be tailored to meet the needs of your group. Pricing starts at $1,500 depending on workshop size, location, and optional customization.
