Body Flow Session #6 Back Body

In this Back Body session you will lengthen the back of your core. Establish flexibility, vitality and strength throughout the back of your body. Our usual focus is the front of the body , here we become more aware of the back of ourselves. Back of your body will feel longer, spine more flexible and stable .
