In this session you will : Solidify positive changes that you have made in your lower body . Reinforce the correct horizontal plane in your ankles , knee and hip . Stabilize the connection of your psoas to the lower half of your body. Enjoy this sensation of the connectedness of your legs to the core. This enables your spinal engine to be online with your gait. Notice, from your diaphragm area the ability to have a 2 way extension, from the diaphragm up and at the same time , from your diaphragm grounding down
