    BodyFlow Session #1 🦋Breath

    In session 1 you will learn how to take a deeper breathe and breathe into your lower back ribs. You will gain a sense of being more erect with your head over your heart. Opening your superficial fascial layer you will free and open your breathe in ribs chest shoulders and neck . Create independent movement between the rib cage and pelvis. All important to be able to breathe for deeper sessions to follow.

    Body Flow Session 2 Ground

    Body Flow Session 2 increases flexibility and adaptability in the feet, knees and hips so whole body can feel supported. You will release fascial restrictions from feet to knees and knees to hips, creating better alignment. Walking patterns are improved when the joints of lower body are aligned and congruent with your whole structure. These 5 movements and 1 neck stretch are aimed at the above goals as well as improving balance and your ability to feel the ground !

    Body FLow Session #3 ~ Side Body

    n this Session you will be refining your relationship with your side body also known as the body's lateral line and fish body . You will feel decompression between the top and bottom of your body. Specifically pelvis from ribs. This lengthens and relieves stiffness in the low back ( quadratus lumborum) . The 5 movements and 1 neck stretch gives you greater flexibility in sides of you body , enhancing more space for your diaphragm and breath. You will feel head shoulders and hips stacking better and rotating freely. Enjoy !

    BODY FLOW SESSION# 4 🌻 Support

    Feel more connected to the ground and receive support with these movements. Your core will feel supported by the legs and your pelvic floor willl be more relaxed and open. Developing the midline that goes from inner legs , base of pelvic floor , up through front on spine to the roof of the mouth.

    Body Flow Session #5 🌿 Lift front of Your Core

    In this session you will lift the front of your core. Feel more ease and length in the front of your spine. Gain the ability to reach arms out with out using superficial muscles like trapezius as well as a smoother connection of arms into torso. Lengthen and strengthen psoas muscle ( deep abdominal muscle in the front of your spine. Establish flexibility in your low back .

    Body Flow Session #6 Back Body

    In this Back Body session you will lengthen the back of your core. Establish flexibility, vitality and strength throughout the back of your body. Our usual focus is the front of the body , here we become more aware of the back of ourselves. Back of your body will feel longer, spine more flexible and stable .

    BodyFlow Session #7 ~ Head on Top

    Lengthen the front of your neck and learn to relax your jaw with these Head on Top movements. You will have improved function of your jaw . As well as be able to sense your neck and head as a continuation of your spine legs and feet .

  • Body Flow Session #8 ~ Stability

    Body Flow Session #8 ~ Stability

    In this session you will : Solidify positive changes that you have made in your lower body . Reinforce the correct horizontal plane in your ankles , knee and hip . Stabilize the connection of your psoas to the lower half of your body. Enjoy this sensation of the connectedness of your legs to the core. This enables your spinal engine to be online with your gait. Notice, from your diaphragm area the ability to have a 2 way extension, from the diaphragm up and at the same time , from your diaphragm grounding down

  • Body Flow Session #9   Integration

    Body Flow Session #9 Integration

    Connect your arms , back and neck into your torso. Reinforce and integrate the positive changes in your upper body from the earlier sessions. Be able to reach out to others while staying connected to yourself . Your core will feel stronger, helping your head feel supported by your upper body.

    Body Flow Session #10 Find Your Way in Gravity

    In this session you will feel your body as one moving part , stand taller and straighter. Any problem areas will feel less compressed and less painful. You will be more mobile and move with ease .

Jennifer Hayes B.A. has been a Certified Advanced Rolfer™ for over two decades, and a Rolf Movement® practitioner for over three decades.
