Exciting News at Rolfing Studio Toronto: Welcoming Associate Rolfer™ Sue Trask

I’m thrilled to share some exciting news from Rolfing Studio Toronto — my practice is growing! After more than 30 years of working one-on-one with clients, I’m delighted to welcome Certified Rolfer™ Sue Trask, who will be joining me in the studio I founded in 1992. With Sue on board, I’ll be able to offer greater scheduling flexibility and most importantly, help more people experience the benefits of Rolfing!

Sue comes with a rich professional background and a genuine, grounded presence. Before becoming a Rolfer™, she worked in the medical field, and she has since added certifications in Craniosacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage. Her integrative approach blends precise structural work with a deep attunement to the body’s internal rhythms — helping clients feel open, balanced, and restored.

Sue is in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and provides receipts for sessions, which can typically be claimed through your workplace health benefits plans.

This winter is a wonderful chance to experience a session with Sue — or to continue your work with me — to reconnect with your body, restore balance, and move forward feeling renewed.

Sue is available on Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

You can learn more and book your next session here: jenhayes.health@gmail.com

Let’s make this winter one of deeper alignment, greater ease, and more presence in your body.

Warmly,
Jennifer Hayes
