Body Flow Session 2 Ground

Body Flow Session 2 increases flexibility and adaptability in the feet, knees and hips so whole body can feel supported. You will release fascial restrictions from feet to knees and knees to hips, creating better alignment. Walking patterns are improved when the joints of lower body are aligned and congruent with your whole structure. These 5 movements and 1 neck stretch are aimed at the above goals as well as improving balance and your ability to feel the ground !
