Body FLow Session #3 ~ Side Body
n this Session you will be refining your relationship with your side body also known as the body's lateral line and fish body . You will feel decompression between the top and bottom of your body. Specifically pelvis from ribs. This lengthens and relieves stiffness in the low back ( quadratus lumborum) . The 5 movements and 1 neck stretch gives you greater flexibility in sides of you body , enhancing more space for your diaphragm and breath. You will feel head shoulders and hips stacking better and rotating freely. Enjoy !
